Join SRS as we serve one of the world’s biggest luxury retail fashion conglomerates as a Boutique Concierge. We are seeking customer-oriented individuals to uphold our client’s reputation and provide a top-notch experience throughout the client journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and receive customers professionally.
• Manage the Queue Management System and customer flow.
• Attend to customer inquiries promptly.
• Undertake ad-hoc boutique assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• 1 year in customer service preferred.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours.
