Job Description

YEOW HENG VEGETABLES & FRUITS SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, maintain filing systems, and handle phone calls and emails.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
Directing phone calls and visitors appropriately.
Keying in company data entries and account tabulation.
Planning daily deliveries and logistics.
Communicating effectively in Chinese and English.

Working hours are from 02:00 am to 11:00 am with a night shift break of 1 hour. The work week is from Tuesday to Sunday.
