Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage daily operations, handle correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
• Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, manage accounts, and assist with financial reports.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate client and vendor databases.
• Communication: Liaise with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and assist with audits.
• General Office Duties: Maintain inventory and support team members.

Ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize.
• 5.5 workdays; 1 PM to 9 PM; Location: Suntec.
