Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial Clerk to join our team at Gig Missions Pte Ltd.
Requirements:
- Must travel to the office 1 day per week for 5 hours.
- Independent and able to work without supervision.
- Experience in XBRL preparation and as a Company Secretary.
- Onboard new clients and prepare KYC, resolutions, and bank forms.
- Liaise with clients and manage statutory deadlines.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in PDF editing, Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $800.00 per month
Hours: 10 – 15 hours per week.
