Job Description
NTUC FOODFARE CO-OPERATIVE LTD is seeking a dedicated Operation Executive to support our team. Key responsibilities include assisting chefs, ensuring food preparation aligns with directives, maintaining food safety documentation, addressing hygiene issues, creating menu specifications, managing system tasks, tracking COGS, and participating in catering events.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a central kitchen or production plant.
- Computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
