Job Description

Location: 33 UBI AVE 3, VERTEX BUILDING

Working Days: MONDAY – SATURDAY (5.5 working days)

Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month

Job Description:

• Maintain full sets of accounts including data entry, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Assist in research, registration, and application.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports and monthly sales/commission reports.
• Assist with HR/Admin matters and manage social media accounts if required.
• Ensure all documents are organized and maintained properly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in accounting.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
