Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the International Recruitment Director
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with institutional competencies
- Drive student enrollment through strategic campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to develop outreach strategies
- Manage authorized agents for successful recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience
- Proven track record in managing recruitment teams
- Knowledge of the Singapore private education industry is a plus
