Job Description
PRINT DYNAMICS (S) PTE LTD is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Events Team. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment with ample opportunities for skill development and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage events proposal and setup.
- Prepare project budget, proposals, and billing.
- Select suppliers and inspect contractors’ work.
- Conceptualize ideas for event discussions.
- Basic graphic skills are a plus.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of event project management experience.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Background in graphic/3D design preferred.
