Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis team for e-commerce decision-making.
- Build data analysis models and support daily operations.
- Define and monitor key business metrics.
- Research best sales practices.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance KPI and Marketing Performance.
Job Requirements:
- Over 5 years of data analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and execution skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and retail operations.
