Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant to monitor work progress and schedule. Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, prepare project costs, process claims, and manage budgets. Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance. Monitor quality control and collaborate during testing and commissioning.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently.
