Job Description
SYNTECH ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, and compiling reports/files
- Attending to emails and calls
- Preparing quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
- Performing ad-hoc duties as instructed
