Job Description
JIELO PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Performing Artiste to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange the show list and manage performer scheduling.
- Oversee rehearsals, auditions, and the selection process for candidates.
- Identify each artiste’s strengths and weaknesses for effective role allocation.
- Coordinate with the producer on performance time slots and necessary adjustments.
- Represent performers at all management meetings.
- Memorize song lyrics and routines for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other artistes and band members for seamless performances.
- Promote teamwork within the group.
