Job Description

First Sight International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling day-to-day administrative work
• Performing general accounting duties as assigned by management
• Preparing and maintaining proper filing of reports & invoices
• Processing supplier payments and expenses
• Chasing outstanding receivables
• Assisting in managing phone calls
• Handling a wide range of accounts duties
• Following up with customers for due payments
• Processing payments
• Assisting in quarterly GST reporting
• Any other duties assigned by Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,300.00 per month
