Job Description
E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Administration Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding inquiries and offers
- Preparation of Letters of Credit for issuance (Import & Export)
- Preparation and execution of sales & purchase contracts
- Preparation of import and export shipping documents for Bank L/C negotiation
- Conducting any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in related fields
- Min 1 year experience in shipping documents and familiarity with LC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Location: Orchard
- Salary: Up to $3200
