Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Student Care Centre Teacher to join our team at Smart Excel. As a Student Care Centre Teacher, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to students in a safe and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor students during their study and recreational activities
- Assist students with homework and provide guidance in their academic progress
- Plan and deliver engaging and educational programs for students
- Encourage students to develop essential life skills and good values
- Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates on student’s progress
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Possess a strong passion for working with children and nurturing their development
- Prior experience in a student care centre or childcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
