Job Description

The Associate Executive, HR Services shall be responsible for the timely and smooth running of the operational aspects of the HR transactional services.

  • Ensure timely update and accurate entry of information of new hires and employee details into system
  • Preparation of letter for contract renewal / retirement / re-employment, contract conversion, transfer department, employment conversion, termination, separation etc.
  • Handling of work pass application, renewal and cancellation process such as Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, pass conversion, PR applications and related appeals
  • Handling all professional licensing renewal
  • Assisting employees on HR policies and procedure pertaining to HR issues and to coordinate with payroll and other departments with regards to payroll process
  • Work closely with HRIS on necessary system enhancement to support all HRIS transactions
  • Provide support and place SOPs for various established work flow and processes within HR Shared Services

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in HR or relevant qualification
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and professional regulations
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, independent and a great team player whom is resourceful
  • Knowledge of SAP / SuccessFactors is an added advantage
  • Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
