Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team. As a Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our laboratory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy of results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily laboratory activities, including sample processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Supervise a team of lab technicians and ensure proper training and development.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory processes and results.
- Manage equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring their proper maintenance and availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Previous experience in a laboratory management role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
