Job Description
Our Client is a local bank.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Location: Tampines
3 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Ensure that settlements are correctly and timely executed within the market cut-off times
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and clients for any discrepancies timely.
- Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner.
- Ensure settlements are done according to Risk and Compliance Group guidelines
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in projects, business-driven initiatives and UAT
- Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Good understanding of trade operational processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management
- Able to work on public holidays and selected weekends (rotational)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
