Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive attitude.
- Managing appointment bookings and room reservations.
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong language proficiency to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
