Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated School Receptionist to provide exceptional front-line customer service. Responsibilities include managing telephone calls and walk-in inquiries from students and parents, mail/email management, and assisting with administrative duties such as data entry and certificate printing.
Your role will also involve supporting school activities, filing documents, sorting materials for teachers and students, attending to students’ needs, administering basic First Aid, and verifying Financial Assistance and Bursary applications.
