Job Description
Working hours: Mon – Fri (0700AM to 0400PM)
Location: Compassvale
Requirements:
- At least one year as a front desk receptionist in a school.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to multitask and manage time well.
- Knowledge of first aid preferred.
- Hands-on person preferred.
Scope of works
- Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Distribute daily relief planning to teachers.
- Manage the packing and distribution of MOE collaterals.
- Assist sick and injured students; call parents if needed.
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- Update staff pigeonholes for staff movements.
- Help with P1 registration and admin tasks.
- Prepare and pack exam materials.
- Perform filing and data entry.
- Assist with financial assistance letters as needed.
- Support logistical needs for school events.
- Complete other administrative tasks as required.
