Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at ELITEZ PTE. LTD. The role involves managing the MD’s calendar, prioritizing communications, and coordinating with various teams. You will also prepare correspondence, documents, and meeting agendas, as well as maintain filing systems.

• Salary Package: Basic $400 – $500 + VB
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Location: Penjuru

Applicants should have a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field and proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
