Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Digital Influencer – Provide guidance to use the digital services of the hospital
- Patient Relations – Proactive Engagement with patients to deliver a positive experience
- Respond to patients’ enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly in a courteous manner
- Support hospital care team to carry out patient service duties
- Interface with Volunteers in related task
- Assist in collating feedbacks & responses from patients & staff
- Provide suggestions in improving patient and staff experience
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to commit at least 1 permanent Sat / Sun (5 days’ work-week)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Candidate with healthcare experience will have an advantage
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
