Job Description
A Client Advisor is a key role in our company, responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Client Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in person, over the phone, or through email, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Providing product and service information to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Offering personalized solutions and recommendations based on each client’s unique needs and preferences.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty.
- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
