Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at IET PTE. LTD. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, based in Bedok.

Requirements:

• Completed “N” levels
• Good communication skills in English, especially with children
• 3 years of school administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Scope of Works:

• Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries
• Attend to injured students
• Perform admin tasks such as filing and data entry
• Maintain composure under pressure
