We’re actively seeking a proactive Convenience Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure outstanding customer service across our convenience store chain. This role demands strong leadership, retail expertise, and adaptability to oversee multiple outlets and the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and schedule a diverse team for day, night, and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
• Foster a positive work environment through training and collaboration.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent service, address customer inquiries, and maintain store cleanliness.

Inventory and Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and handle cash procedures.
• Implement strategies to meet financial targets and control expenses.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain safety standards.

Promotions and Reporting:

• Execute promotions and optimize merchandising displays.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and inventory metrics.

Multi-Outlet Oversight:

• Travel to different outlets and the warehouse to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Coordinate with various teams to maintain uniformity in standards.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in retail, with supervisory experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and basic computer proficiency.

Flexibility:
