Job Description
Kopitiam, a leader in the F&B sector and part of NTUC Social Enterprises, is seeking a Section Leader for our TPS Factory. The ideal candidate will supervise food processing workers, ensuring high standards of food preparation and production efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing daily production operations, delegating tasks, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. A strong focus on cost-saving initiatives and team motivation is essential.
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a team management role. Strong leadership and team building skills are a must.
