Job Description
CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director in Performance Management & C&B. In this pivotal position, you will lead the implementation of the University-wide Career Progression, Promotion, and Succession Planning processes.
Your responsibilities will include managing performance management functions, conducting annual ranking cycles, and delivering performance management trainings to HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resource Management, 5-8 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
