Responsibilities:
You will participate in menu development, oversee quality food production, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Additionally, you will train and manage the kitchen team while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have proven experience in Japanese cuisine, exceptional kitchen management skills, and strong communication abilities.
