We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to fill the role of Admin Assistant. This position is to cover maternity leave and involves various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence and phone calls
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Coordinating events and conferences
- Maintaining database and filing systems
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Handling expenses and other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Local candidates preferred; Singaporean/PRs welcome
Salary: $1,500.00 – $1,800.00 per month
