Job Description
Southern Asia Travels PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Tour Consultant/Executive to manage client inquiries and bookings, ensuring excellent service in line with company SOPs. Your main responsibilities will include handling all aspects of tour operations, maintaining customer relationships, processing bookings, and providing support through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum GCE ‘O’ level or diploma qualification. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, though relevant retail sales experience will be advantageous. You will also assist in marketing activities to promote our tour packages.
