Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive (Electric Buggies), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients renting our electric buggies. Your role will involve assisting customers with rental bookings, addressing their queries or concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for each customer.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses
- Assist customers with booking electric buggies and provide necessary information
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of electric buggies
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for any repairs or updates required
- Prepare necessary reports on customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a customer service position and knowledge about electric buggies will be an added advantage.
