Job Description
HK MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking two (2) General Administrators to support our provision supply business. The primary responsibilities include:
- Data entry tasks
- Preparing quotations
- Creating purchase orders
- Generating invoices
- Checking vendor invoices against purchase orders
- Coordinating with business personnel
- Working closely with the accounting team
- Communicating with suppliers
