Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
