Job Description
About the Role:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams of cleaners engaged in various cleaning projects. Your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervising multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects.
- Training cleaners and team leaders on service standards and providing help and guidance when necessary.
- Assisting in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower.
- Monitoring and following up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications.
- Implementing operation plans to improve work processes and service quality.
- Interacting and handling complaints and feedback, and building relationships with customers.
- Checking cleaning equipment condition.
- Monitoring cleaning material stock level and reordering materials when needed.
- Solving operational problems and making decisions.
- Submitting daily cleaning reports.
- Facilitating effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
Candidates with prior experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
