Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SISTIC.com Pte Ltd as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Singapore! We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience to assist customers with ticket bookings, handle inquiries, and attend to hotline calls.
Key responsibilities include working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Ideal candidates must have good communication skills, a “Can Do” attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure. A GCE “O”/ “A” Level/Diploma or higher is required.
