Apex Chemicals is seeking a motivated Purchasing and Administration Specialist. This role involves supporting the administrative functions of our organization while managing procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily administrative tasks and manage correspondence.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments on purchasing needs.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues.

Requirements: Proven experience in admin and procurement, strong negotiation skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Full-time position with a salary range of $1,800.00 – $2,300.00 per month. Location: Tuas, transport provided from MRT.
