Job Description
- Greet customers and direct them to a table.
- Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken.
- Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.
- Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to customers.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis.
- Be familiar with the menu.
- Ensure compliance with established service standards.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
