• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations, and other events & projects (e.g., Employee engagement programs).
• Monitor & process all work pass renewals and applications.
• Preparation of employment contracts, memos, and other necessary letters & correspondence.
• Liaising with dormitory, vendors, and related parties, and internal customers.
• Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant.
• Verification of overtime and allowances for payroll processing.
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process.
• Maintain & update the HR system.
• Handle training & development e.g., course planning, records update, sourcing, and registration.
• Manage employee communications e.g., announcements of policies, events, etc.
• Perform other administrative duties.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
