Job Description
We are seeking an Ocean Freight Export Specialist to join our team at DHL. In this role, you will handle customer complaints and cargo claims, develop relationships with existing customers, and manage ad-hoc inquiries related to sales, rate quotations, and operational issues. You will liaise with customers and international offices, handle shipping documentation, and ensure proper month-end cut-off procedures.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree with 3-5 years of related experience in the logistics industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
