Job Information

Job Description

a) To do planning and manage the project to meet contract period and budget.

b) To coordinate and attend Client & Consultant meeting and other relevant parties for smooth execution of the works.

c) Any other works and task directed by Company such as attend tender interview, company audit meeting and etc.

d) Involve and handle projects assigned by Company.

e) Manage the weekly site meeting with site team, sub-contractor, and supplier for smooth execution of works and ensure completion of assigned tasks under the agreed contract.

f) Check site team’s documentation, follow up, and submit relevant documents like RFI, RFA, and Shop Drawings to project team on time.

g) Follow up Project Extension of Time Claim due to project delays.

h) Check and ensure site team compiles all relevant documents, site daily reports, weekly reports, application forms, schedules, etc., keeping a master file at the site.

i) Reply to all relevant emails and follow up on received emails from all parties involved in the project, keeping your superior in the loop.

j) Guide and advise QS to negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers within project budget.

k) Manage project engineer, site coordinator, site supervisor, and workers to meet project requirements.
