Job Description
Work timing (Includes weekends & PH)
Morning shift: 7 am to 12 noon
Evening shift: 5 pm to 10 pm

Remuneration:
Basic $12 per hour
Commission per membership sold

*Applicant must be fluent in Mandarin & English
Responsibilities
1. Opening and closing of studio
2. General housekeeping duties, which include cleaning studios, toilets and equipment, washing of towels when necessary
3. Promoting studio features and class benefits to potential customers.
4. Attending to walk-ins and phone inquiries
5. Up-sell/Cross-sell to existing and new customers
6. Customer retention
7. General front desk duties as instructed by managers
Competency
1. Microsoft PowerPoint, words, and excel competency
2. Familiar with booking software system
3. Good with mathematics
4. Good communication skills / loves to interact with others
5. Possess the always-be selling & closing mindset
Education
1. Minimally Diploma and above

- Relevant formal education
- Work experience in the related industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
