Job Description
Join THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. as a Helpdesk Engineer! We are seeking a dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in helpdesk support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ITIL processes and a basic understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Key skills include strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, excellent problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be able to work independently and in teams, with flexibility to work outside normal hours if needed.
