Job Description
Our client, an Automotive Manufacturing MNC, is seeking a Luxury Sales Advisor (Front Line) to enhance their high-performing team due to expansion. This position is based in Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and build comprehensive profiles.
- Provide personalized information and customized experiences.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge.
- Support sales by capturing customer details and scheduling test drives.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Facilitate vehicle preparations and delivery appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
