Job Description
- Cold call potential clients or businesses to schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain an organized calendar and coordinate appointment logistics.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and cold prospects to promote and sell products or services.
- Develop and maintain a sales pitch, address customer objections, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided call lists.
- Introduce products or services, answer basic inquiries, and gather contact information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer databases.
