Job Description
THE GOLDEN WHALE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our stall/kiosk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, food, labor, and operating costs, while ensuring high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Your role will include streamlining operational procedures to enhance efficiency, assisting in marketing programs, and optimizing staff through careful planning. You will be responsible for staff recruitment, training, and motivation, as well as maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction.
