Job Description
We are LION HEALTH CLINIC & SURGERY (YISHUN) PTE. LTD., seeking dedicated full-time Clinic Assistants who are caring, eager to learn, and passionate about their roles in supporting patient care.
Preferred qualifications include a nursing background or previous experience in a clinical setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Handle patient registration and payment collection
- Dispense medications as directed
- Manage medicine stock levels
- Assist the doctor in clinical procedures
- Maintain basic clinic housekeeping
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
