Responsibilities:

• Manage events and be involved in the community to create a positive outlook of the company’s portfolio.
• Plan and carry out business events, workshops, and fitness/wellness events for the company’s community.
• Work closely with Facilities Management, renters, partners, vendors, and advertising agencies.
• Develop marketable material in close collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Handle all communication processes of the tenant and stakeholder management from the events.
• Maintain database and marketing messaging by adhering to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Compile relevant data such as statistical campaign performance, department updates, and marketing communications budgets.
• Assist the team’s administration system in creating Purchase Requisitions.
• Perform any ad hoc administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in an equivalent role, preferably in management and planning events.
• A degree in mass communications or marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
