Job Description
PetroEast Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include managing staff expense claims, maintaining leave records, coordinating the renewal of insurance policies, organizing company activities, and handling travel arrangements for management. Additionally, you will be tasked with general administrative duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
The ideal candidate should possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
