Job Description
Join MNC Oil & Gas company as an HR Executive! We offer a dynamic work environment with 5 working days a week, based in Tuas. Enjoy a competitive variable bonus, along with medical and dental benefits, and transport provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Process monthly petty cash and travel claims.
- Conduct staff orientation and prepare documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits.
- Organize training courses and manage grants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
